Meet Ashley
Professional. Personable. Connected. Ashley Fitz has called the Nashville area home for more than two decades, living in many different neighborhoods, investing in and renovating homes along the way, and laying the foundation for what would eventually lead her to pursue a career as a full-time residential real estate agent. She moved here from her small hometown in Western Kentucky to attend Vanderbilt University and has been sharing her love of Tennessee ever since. For Ashley, helping clients reach their real estate goals is what motivates her to build lasting relationships, not only with her clients but with vendors, builders, business owners, lenders, and other agents. Her expertise extends to the Lewis Smith Lake area in Alabama where she actively helps clients buy and sell lake properties.
Ashley and her husband, Mike, live in Brentwood, TN, and are parents to three sports-loving boys who play hockey, baseball, basketball, golf, and football while cheering on their favorite team, the Nashville Predators. Ashley is passionate about making an impact in her community, recently serving as Board Chairperson for Davis House Child Advocacy Center in Franklin, TN. Additionally, she continues to help lead and grow TN Women Connect, a women’s business networking organization, with business partner and fellow Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty agent, Lucy Miller.

Born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee, Lucy Miller has a true love for all things Middle Tennessee. Lucy is a wife to Knight Miller and together they have two children in a local elementary school. She is immersed in family life enjoying all that Franklin and Nashville have to offer for her family, from parks and sports to Titans games and concerts with friends. Lucy is involved in her church family at Franklin First United Methodist Church and is on the Missions Board helping the church to serve locally, nationally, and internationally.
Lucy is also the Founder of a company designed to bring women in business together for networking. TN Women Connect has experienced quick growth around the Nashville area is expanding across Tennessee and state lines. Being a connector at heart, this effort is rewarding and provides the opportunity to be involved in the business community and be well connected.
